Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it for a full refund or exchange. It's as easy as that! Just follow the steps below.
1. - Email us with all of your information and your reason for return. I will contact you with the shipping address and further details.
2. - Enclose a detailed packaging list of contents and your reason for return.
3. - All returns must be recieved within 30 days.
Note on Receiving Packages
Please inspect all packages upon receiving your order. Each carton should be checked for damage/tampering before sighing delivery receipt.
Should there be any damage or distortions of any kind, write "DAMAGE CARTON" on all delivery receipts before signing. Do not discard damaged cartons as they may be held for inspection purposes.
If you recieve a damaged package by UPS, notify your local UPS customer service for advice.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise advised by the customer.
